Davin touched his nose to her hesitantly, not wanting to push Blair too far and make her rip away. "I see you don't believe me, but my intentions are good." His eyes were locked on hers and his voice was quiet. "I would like to get to know you, actually." Davin was afraid of coming on too strong, but his voice betrayed him and he continued to speak. "I'm sorry to make you uneasy; I'm not very good with pretty girls." He smiled, trying to relax them both, his face still next to hers.

Blair blushed a deep red at his words, wondering why he had decided to pick her. "What do you really want?" She challenged him, but a slight smile playing at the corners of her mouth said she wasn't as angry as she had been before. At least he was being honest - at least, she hoped he was.

"It's going to sound cliché, but I want to kiss you." Davin leaned in the centimeters between their mouths and instinctively closed his eyes when his lips met hers in a soft, gentle kiss. He didn't want to overstep his boundaries and so he pulled away after a second to see how she would react to him doing so.

Bonnie stepped into the prefects bathroom, raising an eyebrow as she spotted the two. Deep red curls were piled above her head in a rather messy bun, her eyes shifting from their usual pale green to a deep brown. She crossed her arms and waited for them to notice her, trying to figure out if they were prefects. She hadn't seen the two of them, so she guessed not. "Ahem."

Blair broke the kiss and glared at the girl, her hands automatically moving to Davin and gripping him tightly. "What do you want?" She asked, her green eyes narrowing at the intruder.

The corner of her mouth twitched with her suppressed smile and tilted her head. "I would like for you to explain to me why you're in the prefect bathroom if you are, in fact, not a prefect?" She raised an eyebrow, her hair shifting color to a dusty shade off pink.

"It's not really exclusive if we can get in," Blair said simply. She had never gotten into trouble for being here before, and was tiring of the girl nosing in her business.

The left corner of her mouth lifted in a half smile, and she stepped deeper into the bathroom. "Well, it is the prefect bathroom. Therefore, you must be a prefect to get in. Or can you not put two and two together?" She asked, tilting her head a bit and crossing her arms over her chest.

"Well we got in anyway, so." Blair said decisively. She glanced at Davin before returning her gaze to the girl, raising her brow.

Draco had heard the girls arguing from a mile away. The boy had a throbbing migrane which put him in a horrid mood. Draco snarled as he shoved his hand against he door to he bath, slamming it open. His eyes narrowed as a wicked scowl spread across his face. "What in the name of Merlin is going on?" he growled, his nails digging into the door as he trembled with both anger and pain.

Her eyes widened, and she jumped about a mile high as the door behind her was slammed open. She whirled to face the newcomer, nibbling at her lower lip when she saw that it was Draco. Her face turned bright red, and she let her arms drop to her sides. "Uhhm, they're not prefects, and, uhh.." She trailed off and blinked. "Uhh, I'm s-sorry if we disturbed y-you..."

"If your not prefects then get. Out." He hissed out. Shoving the door against the wall with such force it cracked and stuck to the wall. He entered the space, hands balled into fists at his sides. "I have, a fucking migrane. So if ANY of you, give me ANY shit about this. I will hex you into next semester. Now, you two, out. If I catch you in here again I will tell the headmistress." He crossed his arms, head throbbing like a son of a bitch as he glared at the two in the bath. He did recognize Blair, but at this point he was to pissed to care if she was upset.

Bonnie blinked and took a step away from Draco, gnawing at her lower lip and staring at the ground. He was extremely angry, and she definitely wanted to stay out of his way. He must be in alot of pain.

Blair stepped out of the tub and picked up her towel and wand, glad that she had brought it with her. "There's no need to be an asshole about it, Draco, no matter how much pain you're in." Her tone was icy and her hand was gripping her wand so tight that her knuckles were white. She hated being spoken to like that, and it had all started with that Bonnie bitch being too involved in business that wasn't hers. She glared at both Bonnie and Draco before turning to Davin. "Come on, let's get out of here," she said to him, conjuring up an extra towel for the boy.

Bonnie hissed, glaring at Blair. "Don't talk to him like that, you bloody skank. Don't break the rules and nobody will have to talk to you like you're an infant." She raised an eyebrow and smiled sweetly. "Bye, now."

Blair caught what Bonnie had said and whipped around, her wand drawn. "Petrificus Totalus!" She cried angrily, freezing the girl. As her stiff body fell to the stone floor, she leaned over and began to speak, venom dripping from every word. "I knew him before you did, bitch. I was just letting him know that I would prefer he didn't speak to me like that because I don't deserve it. If you cross me again, I won't be so nice." She turned on her heel and left the girl like that, slamming the door behind her.

Her words stung him a bit though they only fueled his anger. He gripped his wand, tempted to crucio they daylights out of her but he didnt. His hand just gripped the wand as he gritted his teeth together. "Im not being an ass. Im being pissed because a certain someone is arguing with another certain someone in a place thats restricted to anyone who isnt a prefect. Which would be you. i that my actions are reasonable giving the circumstance and i assure you he headmistress will think the same." he snarled out, his face contorting into a somewhat calmer expression. "And Bonnie. Dont nose into other peoples buisness so much, simply ask if their a prefect and if not escort them out. Dont argue." he glanced over at her, his migrane slowly getting better. Though as blair froze the girl and stormed out he followed, casting an expelliamous and catching her wand. That was uncalled for.." he glared at her, pocketing the wand. "Headmistress wont appreciate you stunning a student." He raised a brow, actually feeling a little sympathetic for the girl.

"She was being an insufferable bitch and irritating me. I don't let filthy Mudbloods speak to me like that." Blair hissed angrily, her hands curling into fists. "Give me back my wand," she said, her voice low. She liked Draco and respected his family, but didn't appreciate being treated like a child when she was an adult. She reached her hand out, waiting for him to place the thin wooden stick into her palm.

"C'mon, let's not make this a bigger deal than it needs to be," Davin said, running his hand through his hair nervously. He didn't want to see Blair get in trouble, but secretly agreed with what she had done. "Could we just forget about all of this and we won't go into the Prefects' Bathroom anymore?" Davin didn't want to see the two start fighting, nor did he want to stand out in the hallways of Hogwarts in nothing but a towel and swimming trunks. He wished to go back to the Common Room with Blair and speak with her and he glanced between the two Slytherins nervously, waiting to see what would happen.

Marious heard the crackle of spells going off from his classroom. He rushed outside and down the hall. He could spot his cousins bright hair from a mile away. He approached the two, glancing between them. "What in the name of merlin is going on?" his eyes widened as they settled on he stunned student laying in a heap on the ground. He mouthed oh my god as he rushed over to her, flipping her onto her back. "Bonnie!? What happened, who did this? Draco who did this!?" He hissed out, tapping his wand against her side and releasing the stunning spell from her. He sighed, picking her up wedding style and heading for the hospital wing. "Draco. Escort miss...escort that one to the headmistress. I have to get Bonnie to the hospital wing." And with that he apparated away with a crack.

She moved subtly when the spell was released, groaning softly. She blinked up at Marious, gripping the lapels of his jacket tightly when he lifted her. She moaned softly and burrowed into his chest before they disappeared.
